This is an entry-level, support-focused position. You will work alongside the Client Success Directors and the Client Onboarding team, helping them stay organized, prepared, and responsive so that clients stay happy and renew.
Day to day, you will keep projects and CRM records moving in Wrike and HubSpot, build client-facing presentations and product reports, keep the team’s resources organized, and step in as backup for onboarding and billing tasks. As you grow, you may also be assigned one or two client accounts of your own.
We are looking for someone who works well with busy senior leaders, learns new software quickly, and takes pride in clean, accurate, on-time work. Experience with dental practices is not required, but a background in customer service, client success, or marketing support will help you get up to speed fast.

Maintain training materials for these tools, including courses hosted on the Teachable platform.
Assist the Onboarding team with installing Veritas data connections between client practices and the company’s software, including client communication when needed.
Check that Veritas data connections stay current for existing clients and coordinate re-installs when needed.

Become the team’s go-to person for HubSpot.
Track churn, renewals, and upsells (actual and forecasted) in HubSpot.
